Project Overview

Ballantyne Block 11 consists of 80 townhouse units (2–3 stories, wood construction), 120 CIP apartments (7 stories), and 255 Type V multi-family units (4 stories), along with a precast concrete garage providing 623 parking spaces. The project includes amenity space on two levels and is supported on shallow spread footings. The precast garage superstructure is designed by others, with foundations designed by this office.
