Modera City North is a multifamily residential project in Phoenix consisting of a 6-story portion with four stories of wood residential over two stories of concrete amenities/residential, and a separate 4-story wood residential portion. The project includes 330 units (310,758 gsf), amenities/leasing (77,010 gsf), and a 7-level parking garage with 547 spaces (174,482 gsf), for a total of 562,250 gsf.
