Project Overview

This mixed-use redevelopment includes the renovation and reuse of the courtyard level and four below-grade levels of an existing post-tensioned concrete structure, combined with new above-grade residential construction. The below-grade renovation involved major structural modifications to support new retail, health club, and parking uses.
