Project Overview

The project is a new 375-bed men’s shelter on the St. Elizabeth’s East Campus in Washington, DC. It includes 375 dwelling units, 2,000 gsf of DHS office space, and outdoor amenities such as rooftop terraces, community gardens, and covered walkways. The structure consists of a basement, podium, and four stories of wood construction supported on deep pile foundations.
