3005 Buckhead ~ Atlanta, GA

3005 Buckhead (previously Modera Buckhead) is a 21-story residential tower with approximately 400 units and ground-floor retail in the Buckhead Village district of Atlanta. The mixed-use development includes roughly 20,000 square feet of retail space, seven levels of above-grade parking, and two levels of below-grade parking. TCE provided structural engineering services for this high-rise project, delivering an efficient and coordinated design to support residential, parking, and amenity functions within a dense urban environment.

The building features a rooftop amenity level with a pool, sun deck, clubroom, and fitness center. The structural system was designed to accommodate long-span parking layouts, vertical load efficiency, and lateral performance requirements, supporting a large-scale mixed-use development in a constrained urban site.
