This 319,000 GSF, 9-story residential development included structured parking, amenity spaces, and up to 200 units across multiple layouts. The design features an elevated rooftop courtyard with pool and incorporates provisions for mechanical ventilation and stormwater detention systems.

TCE provided full structural engineering services from schematic design through construction documents, leveraging BIM for coordination and accuracy. The result is a cost-efficient, high-rise concrete structure designed to support modern urban living while streamlining construction and approvals.
