Instrata Pentagon City (formerly Metropolitan II at Pentagon) is a 17-story residential tower in the Washington, DC area, comprising approximately 300 rental units above three levels of below-grade parking. TCE provided structural engineering services for this high-density urban development, delivering an efficient and constructible system tailored to residential use and constrained site conditions. The design supports long-term durability and performance while maximizing usable space within a compact footprint.
