Project Overview
A new 10-story affordable senior housing podium building with two additional below-grade parking levels and a mechanical penthouse. The project delivers 162,000 gsf of residential, nearly 5,000 gsf retail, over 10,000 gsf of new NCBA office space, and 7,800 gsf of parking on a split-zone lot, with limited renovation of the existing building’s first floor.
