Completed circa 2008, The Palladium is a luxury mixed-use development in the heart of McLean, comprising 69 condominium units above a mixed-use podium. The project includes approximately 12,500 square feet of ground-floor retail, 10,000 square feet of office space, two levels of below-grade parking, and an outdoor park designed for performing arts and community events.

Structurally, the building utilizes a cast-in-place reinforced concrete system, providing durability, acoustic separation, and efficient integration of residential and mixed-use components. The structural design accommodates open retail and office frontages at the podium level through strategic column spacing and transfer elements, while maintaining regularized framing for the residential levels above.
