A mixed-use development consisting of a state-of-the-art 60,000 gsf ground floor Safeway store, small retail and lobby entrance for the apartments at grade on Georgia Avenue, and 140 parking spaces dedicated to the retail below. Above the Safeway store will be three levels of structural parking (approximately 430 parking spaces), and above the parking will be 14 levels with approximately 500 residential units in 550,000 gsf. The apartment building will include two indoor amenity areas totaling 6,117 gsf and two outdoor roof and patio areas.
