This 1.6 million gsf development of mixed-use is located adjacent to the New York Avenue Metro station and includes: A) One Constitution Square – 340,000 gsf 12-story office building Class A occupied by the Department of Agriculture and conform to GSA requirements. B) Two Constitution Square – 12-story 589,000 gsf office building Class A occupied by the Department of Justice and conform to GSA requirements. 50,000 gsf Harris Teeter grocery store, 100,000 gsf retail space, 445,000 gsf 440-unit apartment building, 128,000 gsf 204-key Hilton Garden Inn Hotel with meeting facilities and restaurant, with three levels below grade parking under all of the buildings. TCE also provided inspection and quality control services of the construction. One Constitution Square is LEED Certified Platinum; Two Constitution Square is LEED Certified Gold.
