National Harbor is a mixed-use development in Oxon Hill, Maryland, featuring a seven-story hotel and an adjacent nine-story residential building integrated above structured parking and ground-floor retail. TCE provided structural engineering services for this complex urban project, utilizing efficient cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete systems to support the varied program elements. The design balanced hospitality, residential, retail, and parking uses within a unified structural solution, enabling constructability, durability, and long-term performance in a high-profile waterfront development.
