LeCount Square ~ New Rochelle, NY

Completed in phases between 2019 and 2021, LeCount Square is a prominent mixed-use development in downtown New Rochelle featuring two high-rise towers rising approximately 40–50 stories above a shared podium. The project includes 459 residential units, a 162-key hotel totaling approximately 130,000 gross square feet, 85,000 gross square feet of office space, and a three-level below-grade parking garage providing approximately 800 spaces. A multi-story podium integrates retail, restaurant, and amenity spaces, activating the streetscape and supporting the vertical mixed-use program above.
