This 310,304 GSF mixed-use development features 324 residential units across 13 stories plus a penthouse level, carefully engineered to maximize urban density while maintaining efficiency and occupant comfort.

Constructed directly above an active metro station, the project required precise coordination, vibration mitigation strategies, and advanced load transfer systems—demonstrating our expertise in complex structural solutions within constrained urban environments. The building also includes three levels of below-grade parking accommodating 213 vehicles, along with approximately 11,000 GSF of ground-floor retail space designed to support dynamic tenant use, including restaurant potential.
