This mixed-use 310,304 gsf, 324-unit residential building with 13-stories plus penthouse is situated directly over the Navy Yard metro station in the Gallery Capitol Riverfront neighborhood. Included are three levels of below grade parking for 213 cars, 11,000 gsf of ground floor retail including space for future restaurant, club room, fitness center, and rooftop pool. Construction is scheduled to complete in 2016. The Gallery was designed to achieve LEED-NC Silver certification.
