Crystal Plaza II ~ Arlington, VA

This was an adaptive re-use of a 1970’s vacant 12-story Class “B” office building into a 266 unit, 18-story luxury residential apartment tower with the addition of six new floors over the existing structure. The existing facade was completely removed and refaced with a curtain wall glazing system. Project also included storefronts, rooftop swimming pool, and new fitness areas. Awards for this project: Best Building Renovation Adaptive Re-Use Award of Excellence – Best of NAIOP Northern Virginia; Best Mid-Atlantic Adaptive Reuse Apartment Project – Delta Associates’ Apartment & Condominium Industry Awards for Excellence; Award of Excellence in Best Building Renovation Adaptive Re-Use – NAIOP Northern Virginia Chapter; Building is LEED Silver certified.
