Chinese Embassy, Residential Building ~ Washington, DC

New nine-story residential building including office space consisting of 215,462 gsf above grade and four levels of below grade parking for 203 cars. The parking garage will be built after the existing facades are temporarily braced. The new project will be built on the site of the existing Chinese Embassy office building which was built in 1929. The two facades facing Connecticut Avenue and Rock Greek Park will be saved and tied to the new building.
