Capitol View ~ Washington, DC
The site for this 12-story Class A office building was in some parts one inch away from an adjacent Marriott Hotel. To further complicate the situation, four CSX rail lines run directly north of the property. This 317,000 gsf core and shell building features a stone veneer precast facade highlighted with punch and curtain wall window systems with metal panel accents. A roof entertainment space and terrace showcase views of the Capitol building and surrounding areas. The building also includes a two-story lobby and three-level below grade parking structure.
