PHASE I: 82,000 gsf recreation center including a theater, gymnasium, ballet and music schools, children’s health clinic and middle school for girls. PHASE II: 136,000 gsf mixed-use buildings. Structural design using reinforced concrete below grade and composite structural steel above grade. Phase II has two basketball courts and is designed to clear span 89’ using 58” deep custom-made steel truss.
