Lower basement level is primarily used for mechanical, electrical and plumbing, and the upper basement level is mainly used for exercise room, labs and lecture room. Building management, event room, conference rooms, loading dock and one of the auditoriums will be located at the first-floor level which is the grade level. Classrooms and offices will be located at the upper levels.
