Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Headquarters Building ~ Washington, DC

Eleven-story office building above grade with three-stories, approximately 100,000 gsf below grade parking. Above grade area includes 270,000 to 290,000 gsf, with 7,500 to 12,500 gsf retail space at ground level to accommodate up to two possible restaurant tenants. Work also includes tenant improvements which will be done during the base building design stage. Structural engineering services related to the removal and reconstruction of four historic buildings on top of the new building at grade are also included.
