Project Overview
A 9-story west residential building containing 141 units and 104,400 gsf above grade, constructed above the existing O Street Market structure. Scope includes analysis of up to ten small slab openings, extensions of the ground and first-floor slabs beyond the property line along 9th and P Streets, and work related to knock-out panels from Phase 1A drawings. A separate task covers analysis of up to 150 core drills using 3-D finite element modeling. TCE provided the complete structural design supporting this critical residential component of the O Street Market revitalization.Structural Highlights
