Project Overview
Phase 1 of George Washington University’s Square 103 development — a below-grade parking garage of approximately 147,322 gsf (about 388 permanent spaces across four levels) with potential Law School program space on the first below-grade level. Phase 2 will deliver the above-grade Law School building. TCE supported the schematic design effort under a Limited Notice-to-Proceed framework with Perkins + Will / Shalom Baranes.Structural Highlights
