Harsha Wijeweera joined TCE & Associates, Inc. in 1998 and is a Division Director at the firm. He is involved in the design of commercial, educational, industrial and garage buildings, including high-rise buildings such as large hotels, apartment and office buildings, and renovation of existing buildings.

The design systems utilize structural steel, reinforced concrete, pre-stressed and post- tensioned concrete, and wood, and includes structural analysis and design, investigation and evaluation of existing structures for renovation and conversion to other uses, and upgrading of existing structures.
