TCE delivered structural engineering for this seven-story hybrid podium building with 371 rental units as part of a larger mixed-use development. The efficient system combined five stories of wood-frame construction over a two-story concrete podium with rooftop pool and plaza, integrating seamlessly with the separate precast parking garage.
