TCE delivered complete structural engineering for this landmark 25-story mixed-use tower combining a ground-floor car dealership, seven levels of parking, hotel amenities and rooms, and 312 apartment units. The cast-in-place concrete tower on spread footings efficiently accommodated complex vertical stacking of varied uses while maintaining constructability and schedule for the 802,970 gsf project.
