Project Overview

The project replaces an existing seven-story office building with a new eight-story apartment building consisting of five stories of wood construction over a three-story podium, built on top of the existing below-grade parking garage. New columns above grade align with the existing garage columns. The scope includes analysis of the existing slabs, columns, and footings to accommodate the new residential loading. The building contains 315 residential units and ground-level retail.
