Project Overview

The Kentlands project consists of a residential building with four and a half levels of wood construction (Type 5A), lobby/amenity area over two levels of underground concrete parking. The project includes 916 units with residential, amenity, retail, service, core and loading totaling 332,251 gsf, plus a parking garage of 192,436 gsf, for a total of 524,687 gsf.
