Founders Row II consists of approximately 320 total homes (260 standard apartments and 60 age-restricted apartments) connected with a firewall separation, plus approximately 15,000 square feet of retail. The buildings are 7 stories (5 over 2). Total project area is 555,318 gsf, including age-restricted apartments (85,315 gsf), standard apartments (283,426 gsf), retail (15,950 gsf), and garage (170,627 gsf).
