Project Overview

The project is a 7-story concrete and wood framed (Type III) building including roughly 190 – 234 active adult apartments (237,250 gsf), associated amenity spaces, and an amenity deck with space for an outdoor pool (40,750 gsf). Two levels of structured parking will be provided below the active adult building for 280 spaces (90,300 gsf), for a total of 368,300 gsf. The building consists of wood and concrete construction supported on shallow spread footings.
