Terrell Place ~ Washington, DC

Terrell Place is a mixed-use complex consisting of 630,000 gsf office space over four levels below grade parking. TCE designed the renovations of the former Hecht Company department store and joined it to the new nine-story 650 F Street Tower which incorporates four historic facades, and the new 11-story South Wing. The lobbies of the buildings connect through interior gallery space in an 11-story glass atrium. DC’s first trophy office building to be awarded LEED® Platinum certification for Existing Buildings: O&M.
