NEW CONSTRUCTON: West of 8th Street – Complex includes a nine-story 136,400 gsf west residential condominium building, nine-story 136,208 gsf residential building, nine-story 108,323 gsf hotel and 8,902 gsf retail. East of 8th Street – Nine-story 185,068 gsf east residential rental building, nine-story 74,714 gsf senior housing building, 56,566 gsf grocery store, and 15,667 gsf loading dock. Historic Market – Rebuilding of the Historic Market constructed in 1881, where the existing east and south walls will be laterally supported, the west wall will be removed and rebuilt, and a new north wall will be built to recreate the historic building. The roof structure and canopies will replicate the existing roof and canopies that were destroyed. Parking and Loading – 282,116 gsf of parking and loading provided on two levels below grade spanning the project’s four acres. REPAIRS AND WATERPROOFING: TCE’s repair division provided waterproofing design of the facades, windows, terraces, pool deck, roofs, and below grade waterproofing; and consultation for the restoration of the facade at the historic market.
