Marriott’s Doral Golf Resort And Spa (Now Trump National Doral) ~ Doral, FL

TCE provided facade restoration and waterproofing repairs to the spa building and guest rooms. Work included installation of hot applied waterproofing system, deck extension and new tile to balconies, and replacement of sliding doors, hinged frames and fixed windows with an impact resistant system. Two floors were removed at the spa exterior courtyard corridor and replaced with aluminum framing and impact resistant glazing. Miscellaneous stucco repairs were designed.
