Highview at Hunt Valley ~ Cockeysville, MD  A forensic evaluation performed by TCE in 2006 revealed numerous deficiencies in the brick veneer construction of this five-story fully occupied condominium, including deficiencies in flashing and veneer anchoring lead to leakage, structural damage of the support structure, and corrosion of the brick ties and reinforcing.
