A significant multifamily community of approximately 275–300 rental units featuring five levels of Type IIIA wood-framed residential construction over a concrete podium. The podium accommodates amenity, leasing, retail, and parking for 500 cars across grade and two basement levels. TCE delivered a complete structural design for this 513,300 gsf development, including resort-style courtyard amenities on the podium deck.
