Project Overview

Targeted structural engineering for vault space reduction at the 11-story office building at 699 14th Street. TCE analyzed existing vaults along G and 14th Streets, developed procedures to reduce vault size by 10 feet, and prepared preliminary drawings and risk assessment documentation in coordination with a vibration consultant.
