Project Overview
Comprehensive structural engineering for the multi-package renovation and revitalization of the Crystal City Square Block. Scope included work on existing 10- and 13-story office towers (CS2, CS4, CS5), a new two-story movie theater over retail, a new three-story corner retail building (≈ 37,250 gsf), and related transfer structures and podium work—positioning the block for a new generation of mixed-use activity.
