Project Overview

A major new multi-story residential and retail development in Arlington’s Rosslyn corridor. After demolition of the existing building, TCE engineered a 526,000 gsf mixed-use structure featuring residential and retail program over a substantial parking podium spanning two levels below grade and two levels above grade.
