Project Overview
A sophisticated adaptive reuse and new construction project combining a new 11-story office building with three levels of below-grade parking and the sensitive renovation of the historic Federal American Bank building. TCE engineered the structural system for the new tower while carefully integrating a multi-story overhang supported on the existing bank structure, converting portions of the bank roof into a public terrace and green roof.
