TCE engineered the structural system for a new 12-story, 262-room hotel in the heart of downtown Washington, carefully integrating the new construction with an existing three-story building whose façade was preserved. Our design balanced the demands of a modern hospitality program with the complexities of façade retention and temporary shoring coordination.
