Project Overview

A major multifamily mixed-use development spanning two sites for Saul Centers. TCE engineered the complete structural systems for three residential buildings—including a 9-story tower—along with extensive below-grade parking for more than 700 vehicles and ground-level retail. The result is a high-density urban community supported by efficient, well-coordinated structural solutions.
