Jefferson and Axiom at Capitol Yards ~ Washington, DC

This project consists of two adjacent 12-story apartment buildings. 70 Eye Street (the Jefferson) consists of 448 units, a movie theater with stadium seating, sports pub, conference center, business center, and courtyard. The Axiom at 100 Eye Street has 247 units, clubroom, courtyard, fitness center, and conference and business centers. There are three levels of below grade parking with a total of 1,000 parking spaces.
