750,000 gsf 15-story twin-tower office building with five-story connecting link between the two towers, 650,000 gsf five level below grade parking garage for up to 2,000 cars and a theater at the plaza level. Structural design included reinforced concrete below grade and composite structural steel above grade with 45’ clear spans.
